This yoga inspired, Pilates-infused class will provide you with insights on your body's structural, strength, and help to realign and release tension and stress in your myofascial tissue (your muscles). Afterwards your body will feel relaxed and rejuevenated and best of all you will be able to take what you've learned and use it everyday. Participants must feel comfortable moving from floor to standing position.
Required: water bottle and towel.
