A head-to-toe 50 minute workout that combines cardio and resistance training. Using a wide variety of equipment, we focus on using functional movements to build strength, increase endurance, and improve balance/posture. This class incorporates fun games, partner and group exercises and circuit training. You will never be bored with your workout again! Gain self-confidence and feel great about your body. Suitable for all fitness levels (beginner to advance).

Required: Comfortable clothing, light weights, and water bottle.
