- Bids signed under seal, executed, and dated will be received by the Township of Guelph/Eramosa located at 8348 Wellington Road 124, Rockwood, Ontario N0B 2K0 before 2:00 pm. Ontario local time on Tuesday, 5th day of July 2022.
- Appendices "A, B, C, D & E” will be accepted 24 hours after bid closing, on Wednesday, 6th day of July 2022, before 2:00 pm. local time.
- MANDATORY BIDDERS briefing: The site visit and meeting will take place at 110 Rockmosa Dr., Rockwood, Ontario on Monday, June 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
