This challenge is in competition with other municipalities across Canada to determine who is Canada’s Most Active Community! The Township of Guelph Eramosa received a small grant through the PARTICIPACTION Community Better Challenge to allow us to provide free online fitness classes! Each class will run for a total of 4 weeks. Below are the details on the classes available.

What is Total Body Fit?
A little bit of everything! This class gives you a variety of exercises to teach the basics of weight training, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Modifications will be provided for various fitness levels.
