Wednesdays are quickly becoming the most exciting day of the week at the Royal Distributing Athletic Performance Centre! With programs running morning to afternoon, there truly is something for every age and stage. Whether you’re looking to build strength, regain mobility, connect with others, or just try something new, Wednesdays at the Fieldhouse are the place to be!

Looking for flexible, fun ways to stay active? Our drop-in programs offer something for everyone! Little ones can burn off energy at Tot N Play, while hobbyists take to the skies (or ceiling!) with Remote Control Flying. Older adults can enjoy yard games, cards, and social time at The Backyard, and golfers can practice rain or shine with Indoor Golf. Need space to move? Open Field time gives you room to run, play, or toss a ball, and our 200m Indoor Track is always ready for walking or jogging—safe, climate-controlled, and perfect for all seasons. No matter your age or interests, there’s a drop-in program waiting for you at the Fieldhouse!

Celebrate your child’s special day with an active, unforgettable birthday party at the Royal Distributing Athletic Performance Centre! From October to May, we host one party each Saturday, giving you exclusive use of our party room for three hours (11:00 AM – 2:00 PM) and a full hour of active playtime on the indoor turf (12:00 – 1:00 PM). Customize your celebration by adding Tot N Play toys for little ones, a giant inflatable soccer target for the soccer fan in your life, or three disc golf nets for some unique, friendly competition (additional fees apply). In the summer months, we can accommodate up to three parties per Saturday and Sunday, making it even easier to plan the perfect day!
