The Committee of Adjustment for the Township of Guelph/Eramosa is a quasi-judicial body which makes decisions on Minor Variance and Permissions Applications, under the authority of Section 45 of the Planning Act. The Committee usually meets on the last Wednesday of every month at 2:00 p.m., pending active applications. Committee meetings are held in-person in Council Chambers at 8348 Wellington Road 124, virtually through Zoom, and livestreamed on YouTube. Applicants should note that all applications for Minor Variances or Permissions Applications must be deemed complete prior to being added to the next possible agenda. Applicants are encouraged to discuss their application with the Secretary-Treasurer for the Committee of Adjustment prior to submission.
