Information: Elections Booth will be near the baseball diamond! Learn about the democratic process and how voting helps shape our communities. Visit the Elections tent where young attendees can experience the excitement of casting a ballot at mini voting stations designed just for kids. Bring your questions and connect with election staff to learn more about voting and local elections!

Candidates Vote-By-Mail Information Session - Wednesday, September 9, 2026
Time: 7pm-8:30pm
Location: Township of Guelph/Eramosa (Council Chambers)
Information: Designed for Candidates to leanr about the process of Vote-By-Mail, key dates for candidates, Election Day information, post-election information, and important Township by-laws. All candidates are encouraged to attend, members of the public are encouraged to attend our public information session on September 23. Refreshments and snacks will be provided at this event.
Park Pop Up - Wednesday, September 16, 2026

Location: Cross Creek Park (Guelph)
Information: The Parks and Recreation and Fire Department will have games and festivities for all to enjoy! Come visit us at the elections table to learn more about the election process!
Public Vote-By-Mail Information Session - Wednesday, September 23, 2026
Time: 7pm-8:30pm
Location: Township of Guelph/Eramosa (Council Chambers)
Information: This event is designed for all members of the public to come and learn about the Vote-By-Mail process. Whether you have used this method previously or it is your first time, this information session will provide hte public important information to ensure the voting process is as smooth as possible. There will also be a Q&A session, so bring your questions! Refreshments and snacks will be provided at this event.
