Construction on the Royal Distributing Athletic Performance Centre Turf Replacement Project continues to progress well and remains on schedule. Since work began, the existing turf has been removed and grading of the field has been completed to prepare the site for the new playing surface. Crews are now in the process of laying the new turf, with sewing of the turf sections to follow. Once complete, field lines will be installed, followed by the placement of the rubber crumb infill. With each phase advancing as planned, the project continues to move steadily toward completion.

A few weeks into the Marden Park and Rockmosa Park Pickleball Court Projects, significant progress has been made as construction continues to move forward at both locations.
At Marden Park, crews have completed the initial grading work, leveled the court base material, and installed fence posts around the future courts. These important milestones have established the foundation for the next phase of construction and keep the project on schedule.
At Rockmosa Park, crews have removed the existing court fill and begun preparing the site for development. Installation of the subbase has been completed, along with drainage tile to support the long-term performance of the courts. Fence post installation will follow as work continues to advance.
Looking ahead, asphalt work is expected to begin in the coming weeks at both sites, marking a major milestone as the new pickleball courts start to take shape. Residents will begin to see the facilities come together and the vision for these exciting new recreational amenities become a reality.

Exciting progress continues at Marden Park as work on the new pickleball courts advances.
Contractors from Bomar Landscaping have completed the excavation and removal of the existing fill material, and the gravel sub-base is now in place, marking an important milestone in the project. These foundational works set the stage for the next phases of construction.
Over the coming days, residents can expect to see even more activity on site. Fence post installation is scheduled to begin this week, and Bomar Landscaping is currently coordinating the upcoming asphalt paving work to keep the project moving forward.

Rockmosa Pickleball Courts: Construction Starts Today!
Exciting progress is underway at Rockmosa as construction of the new pickleball courts officially begins today!
Residents may notice increased activity at the site over the coming days, including the installation of construction fencing and the arrival of equipment and materials as crews prepare the area for work. While many community members are already aware that the courts are coming, we're thrilled to see this highly anticipated project move from planning into construction.
As the project gets underway, we kindly ask everyone to help keep the site safe. ?? For your safety and the safety of construction crews, please stay outside all fenced and designated construction areas. Construction zones may contain heavy equipment, materials, and other hazards that are not safe for public access.
We're excited to watch this new recreational amenity take shape and look forward to sharing updates and photos as construction progresses.
