July 7, 2021 - Township flags have been lowered to half-mast in honour of Kyle Dawe, who passed away July 6, 2021. Kyle was an important part of the Guelph/Eramosa Fire Department (GEFD) for 30 years. He was the most dedicated and enthusiastic member and supporter of the GEFD; Kyle attended every training session, and would report to the Fire Hall on his bike every time the pager went off. He was the first to volunteer to help at any GEFD community event and worked tirelessly to ensure the events success. The Township extends its most sincere condolences to the Dawe family.
